We use cacao grown from our own Ua Hnai Orchards, just outside Hilo town along the Hamakua Coast, where the volcanic soils paired with our special fermenting and aging processes (like with wine) produce a rich, fruit forward flavor palate. Hawaiian sea salt is hand sprinkled along the
