St Hallett Planted 1919 Shiraz 2017 750ml seyval-blanc inky purple colourA bright and lifted bouquet with lovely floral notes, combined with hints of white pepper. Complexity develops further in the glass with dense blackberry and dried herbs. Palate: A very elegant and balanced wine. Delightful palate weight, more medium than full bodied, with layers of dark fruits and dark chocolate, with lovely herbal notes of dried bay leaf and a flinty mid palate. The tannins are firm, silky and polished with a long and even finish
