Forest Hill Vineyard Highbury Fields Sauvignon Blanc 2023 -STOCKTAKE- toolleen-ridge Origin: vines on the slopes
Description
Origin: vines on the slopes of the Coteau de Seyssuel north of Vienne
This is proper Gris
but I think it rude talking about winemaking in front of a wine such as this
stringy herbal notes run right through this wine
it is among the most beautiful and archetypal of Montalcino
Forest Hill Vineyard Highbury Fields Sauvignon Blanc 2023 -STOCKTAKE- toolleen-ridge Origin: vines on the slopesBright straw with green hues. Lifted aromas of fresh herbs, citrus and passionfruit pith. The palate carries more zesty citrus and herb flavours with some additional texture from lees contact. Fresh and bright.
