Fiano has shone since day one in both Chalmers vineyards and has really made its home in Heathcote proving that the famous Cambrian soil is just a special for what it imparts to whites as it does to reds

which results from the fact that about 45% of the wine is stored for a short time in barrique

which includes Napa

The texture is both animated and chiselled

Fondo Antico Grillo Parlante Sicilia DOC 2024 Size::1 Bottle Mirabeau Pure Provence Rosé isIt is a bright and lively wine, a pale yellow with greenish reflections. Its bouquet combines the delicacy of flowers with the sweetness of white fruits, giving voice to the Grillo Parlante (litt. talking cricket, i. e. Pinocchios Jiminy Cricket) and disclosing the flavors of the Grillo cultivar. To the palate it is fresh and pleasantly tasty. Its finesse and balance show a perfect compromise between acidity and ripeness of the fruit.
