Fruit was 100% hand-picked over a two-week period from selected rows at our Oakbank vineyard

The palate gives lemon and florals hints very refreshing

Organic red wine from Priorat made from old-vines Grenache & Carignan aged for 20 months in French oak barrels

Complex and enticing. Flavours of white stone fruit and pear combine with cashew nuts from the oak and a lovely textural mid palate to give complexity. The palate has a line lemon sherbet acid which gives focus and length to the wine.
