Torzi Matthews ‘Schist Rock’ Shiraz 2023 Size::1 Bottle it is full of ripeThe Schist Rock Shiraz comes from Dom Torzis Mt McKenzie vineyard in the Eden Valley. Its a focussed and pure display of Eden Valley fruit with characters of dark and red berry fruits, spice and some whole bunchy and floral high notes. A waft of classy softly spoken oak flits in the background and there is ample tight ripe tannin and bright acidity driving the wine along.
