Y Dydd Olaf: Limited Clear Vinyl LP Toto Begin To Spin Me RoundY Dydd Olaf, which is sung entirely in Welsh apart from one song penned in Cornish, draws inspiration from Owain Owain's 1976 novel of the same name. The book is set in a dystopian future where robots enslave the human race through the use of medication, while Gwenno's LP covers such themes as patriarchal society, government funded media propaganda, cultural control, technology, isolation and the importance of minority languages.
