70's Fine Plaid Wool Fedora round ring Dress is meant to beLovely, fine plaid, wool, men 's fedora. Classic construction with a small buckle detail. Really pretty fabric with colors of grey, blue and brown. Excellent condition inside and out; no damage, bites or odors. Very cool piece of history. I've never come across anything made in GDR so this was quite a cool find for me! No maker's tag.
