Curveball Study Number 1 P05908-P00037 5mm marquise-cutThis small 12 inch square study from the Running In Circles series explores the playful tension between curved and straight edged forms. Subtle shifts in color from muted grays to deep green and a vibrant golden yellow create a rhythmic interplay of movement and stillness. Created in oil paint and cold wax on Encaustiflex, an upcycled material. The gray background continues around the edges. The painting is ready to hang or placed in a floating frame
