Puerto Rico

A deep red

dynamic surface with organic forms reminiscent of aerial seascapes

This champlevé pendant was inspired by an old millstone found near the artist's studio in upstate NY

The delicacy of the pierced silhouette combined with the clay's unexpected and seemingly impossible strength reflects how the artist sees women throughout history
